I’m offering a series of online classes for you to check in with yourself. Use this time to test and strengthen your ability to regulate your inner state. Find your place of calm within, no matter what is happening outside of you.
It has never been as important as now to keep ourselves level-headed. When so many people are panicking and making rash decisions, we want to be the ones who keep our minds' clear and under control. How are you feeling? How are you maintaining your state of calm?
It's time to build up our mental resilience along with our physical immunity.
This series of breathwork classes will be focused on connecting you into this present moment. Let go of the past. Pull yourself back from concerns of the future. Together, but in the comfort of your own home, we will directly reduce physical and mental stress and anxieties to repair your state of wellbeing.
