Most times, these subtle psychological and physiological changes are connected with our breathing.

Breathing is the link between the mind and the body. If you learn to pay attention to your breathing, you can be more aware of what's happening on a deeper unconscious level. When you have a subtle awareness of your breathing, you can learn to influence the mind and the body.

How the challenge works

Progression in this 7 Day Breathwork Challenge will not be what you'd typically expect.

We will start with more intense and stimulating techniques where you'll feel apparent sensations in your body, and it will directly impact the state of your mind. As we progress, the intensity will reduce, and you'll be learning to pay attention to the subtlety. And through the subtlety, you can learn to have a real influence and control over the states of your mind and body.

Each day consists of a ten minute practice which builds on from the day before.

Day 1

We start off with an intense breathing technique that will stimulate your body, leaving you buzzing after the session

Day 2

Intensive breath practice that will introduce the contrast between stimulation of active breathing and relaxation of breath-holding

Day 3

Developing strength and control over your diaphragm while powerfully focusing your mind

Day 4

Refining your focus with learning to control cycles of breathing and breath-holding

Day 5

Regulating your nervous system state to be relaxed and alert at the same time

Day 6

Refining the breath to be most subtle and calm to create a steady mind

Day 7

Using the breath as a focal point for your mind

How much time daily will I need to dedicate?

10 minutes per day is all that it takes to start practising breathwork.

I have a regular breathwork practice; can I still learn something new from this challenge?
