WELCOME TO BREATHWORK ACADEMY
Over the course of 6 weeks, you will be part of a small select group of individuals learning how to integrate breath mastery into their day to day lives. Artur takes you through his most effective and practical techniques to deliver to you years on training from the comfort of your own home. You will journey alongside 11 other breathwork buddies and share in the challenges and rewards together. This training is orientated to unfold from within your current routine to make lasting, meaningful change that delivers equanimity, calm and energy consistently.
It's no surprise to hear that as a society we are struggling individually and collectively to look after our health. More than ever we feel alone, unable to access states of calm and contentment whilst pushing ourselves more and more to be productive and ‘deliver’.

HOW CAN BREATHING TOOLS IMPROVE MY LIFE?
Breathing is uniquely influential over our Body-Mind state because it's the one part of our body that, though it functions autonomically (automatically), we can also influence it deliberately. This access to changing the function of our breathing, when done right, allows us to intercept our nervous system state and relax (down-regulate) or energise (up-regulate) it as needed. There is no need to stay locked into the experience of anger, stress, depression, anxiety or overwhelm. You can shift out the states pretty quickly with the right tools and awareness.

Experiment with the cold as a means of testing your stress response
Integrate breathing skills and meditation into your daily routine
A NOTE FROM ARTUR,
"A key aspect of this course is the community. Applications are limited to 12 participants only, ensuring that I can support everyone in the process of learning. Each week during the course, we will have an online meet up where you can connect with the rest of the group, raise questions and share in each others' experiences. During the first and last meet up, I’m also going to guide the group through an exclusive breathwork meditation to take us deeper."
