During this six week course, you will be part of a community learning how to integrate breath mastery into your day to day life. I take you through my most useful and practical techniques based on years of research. This training will grow from within your current routine to make lasting, meaningful change that consistently delivers tranquility, calm, and energy. From the start of the six-week course, you'll have free access to a thriving community with all the previous course graduates, where you'll receive ongoing support.

HOW CAN BREATHING TOOLS IMPROVE MY LIFE?
Breathing is uniquely influential over our mind-body state because it's the one part of our physiology that, though it functions automatically, we can also influence it deliberately. This access to changing our breathing function, when done right, allows us to intercept our nervous system state and relax (down-regulate) or energise (up-regulate) as needed. It's unnecessary to stay locked into the experience of anger, stress, depression, anxiety, or overwhelmed. You can shift out the states quickly with the right tools and awareness.

FAQs

How much time weekly will I need to dedicate?

Throughout the course, practice time will be on a sliding scale. To start with, you're encouraged to practice 10 minutes in the morning and evening, but if you're short on time, you can do a mini practice of 2 minutes to maintain consistency while building a new habit. 

Will I have access to the materials after the six weeks are over?

You'll have access to all course content, as well as FREE access to the Breathwork Academy Community with an online group.

Is there a place or a group to connect with other participants?

You'll have access to the community section on the course website and a WhatsApp chat to share your experiences and ask any questions that might come up as you start developing your practice. It's a place where Artur can provide ongoing support throughout the course.

What is the level of existing knowledge required to join the academy?

All levels are welcome. The course begins with the fundamentals of breathing physiology and progresses to establishing your personalised breathing practice.

What is your refund policy?

Once the course begins, refunds won't be offered. However, any particular circumstances will be reviewed individually. A 90-day money-back guarantee is available for those who haven't found it valuable after completing the entire 6-week program and did the practices.
